SIALKOT: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has instructed all the chief commissioners and commissioners of the Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) to take action against tax defaulters.
Sources said that FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan has issued instructions to all the chief commissioners and commissioners to take stern action against defaulters and use all available sources for the recovery of outstanding dues from them.
Sources said that all chief commissioners and commissioners arranged meetings for speedy recovery of taxes from defaulters. Sources said that various teams will be constituted to recover tax amount from defaulters. Sources said that RTOs already decided to get help of police fo recovery from defaulters to get desired results.
