ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has established help desk for resolving grievances of exporters for filing of Annex-H (stock statement) of the sales tax return for claiming refunds under the FASTER system.
In this regard, the FBR has issued an order here on Wednesday. According to the FBR, the Board has nominated 18 officials in Large Taxpayer Units (LTUs), Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) and Corporate RTOs as focal persons in the respective field formations for addressing day-to-day queries and issues relating to the Annex-H.
In its order, the FBR has specified name of LTU/RTO; name of nominated officer; designation (deputy/assistant commissioner); email and contact number. The readers can access the FBR’s office order at the Board website.
The FBR has already condoned the time limit of filing of Annex-H (stock statement) in the sales tax return by the exporters for the tax period of July 2019 up to January 15, 2020. The FBR had taken the decision keeping in view serious problems being faced business community in timely filing of Annex-H (stock statement) of sales tax returns.
