ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended date of payment/submission of sales tax and federal excise return for the tax period of September, 2019.
A notification issued by FBR read that in exercise of the powers conferred under section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is please to extend the date of payment and filing of sales tax and federal excise return for the tax period of September, 2019.
Date for payment of sales tax and federal excise duty is extended from 15.10.2019 to 22.10.2019 while date for submission of sales tax and federal excise return is extended from 18.10.2019 to 25.10.2019
