FBR extends date of filing income tax returns till Jan 31

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date of filing of income tax returns for the Tax Year 2015 till January 31, 2016, said a circular.

The Board, exercising the powers conferred upon it under Section 214A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, extended the date of filing income tax returns/statements of final taxation, which was due on September 30, 2015 (already extended to December 31, 2015) for individuals and association of persons.
