FBR for completion of senior Appraisers’ ACRs by 30th

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has directed the concerned field formations of Customs Department to complete the ACRs of the senior most Appraisers and furnish to the Board for consideration for promotion as Principal Appraisers.

All the concerned field formations and the Appraisers have been asked to complete their ACRs and furnish to the Board by May 30. The required documents/information in respect of 70 officials may also be furnished to the Board immediately.

The documents/information, include (i) penalties, if any imposed during the last five years upon any of the above-named officials; (ii) certificate to the effect that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are pending in respect of each official. In case, disciplinary case is under-way against any official, a copy of Charge Sheet/Show Cause Notice may be furnished; (iii) a certificate to the affect that the PERs of above-named officials have been initiated by the concerned Reporting Officers and Countersigned by the concerned officers.
