FBR grants zero-rating facility on supply of gas, electricity to two units

KARACHI: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has allowed zero-rated sales tax on supply of gas and electricity to two industrial units.

The FBR, exercising powers conferred upon it by clause (d) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with SRO, 1125(I)2011 dated 31.12.2011, made the following further amendments in its Sales Tax General Order No 17 of 2007 dated September 13, 2007.
