PESHAWAR: The Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) has contacted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for installing a new system of real time invoice verification system and to link it with central office of the FBR to thwart tax evasion.
The system is effective against tax evasion and fake invoices and to thwart male practices in KP revenue Authority. The provincial government is considering the proposal and after the provincial government’s agreement the system will be introduced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to link the system with the FBR.
The board has started its modernisation for effective and latest techniques of tax collection process and interested to extend the process to provincial government to materialise the dream of technological advancement.
