KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has started its investigations against Atif Hussain who was working as a software engineer in Axact.
Atif was arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency seven days ago. Through these investigations, the authorities will decide how many software have already been sold by the company in the local market of Karachi, and how much amount they received from the sale of these software.
According to estimates, at least 100,000 software were sold in the local market, but the company did not deposit any income tax from the sale of these software.
Sources further said that interrogation was underway from other four arrested officials of Bol channel. After concluding the investigation process, a final challan will be submitted against the persons found involved in this scam.
