FBR issues jurisdiction of Faisalabad RTO

FAISALABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has issued the jurisdiction of Chief Commissioner and Commissioners Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office in Faisalabad.

The FBR issued the jurisdiction of Faisalabad RTO while exercising the powers conferred upon it by section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, section 30 and section 31 of the Sales Tax Act 1990, section 29 of the Federal Excise Act 2005, and in supersession of all earlier orders or notifications of the Board in respect of jurisdiction of Faisalabad ARTO, consisting of Civil Districts of Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh and Chiniot districts of Punjab.
