FBR issues suspension orders for ST registration against M/s Xinghua Equipment & Construction

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FTO) Regional Tax Office (RTO) has issued suspension orders for sales tax registration number against M/s Xinghua Equipment & Construction (Private) Limited.

According to details, M/s Xinghua Equipment & Construction (PVT) Ltd was registered in the Regional Tax Office. The above said company is located in Mangrotha Chowk on Indus Highway Road Taunsa Sharif, Dera Ghazi Khan.

Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue E&C Unit No.4, Corporate Zone presented a report to the commissioner Inland Revenue Sajid Nazir Malik that said M/s Xinghua Equipment & Construction (Pvt) Ltd bearing Sale Tax Registration number: STRN:32-77-8761-397-31 is not existed on its declared address.

The Regional Tax Office has dispatched an order to the registered person through courier which returned un-delivered with the remarks that addressee does not exist. Commissioner Inland Revenue has deputed an Inspector IR to serve the same order who also confirmed that the addressee was not available on the declared address.

Registered person evaded tax and committed tax fraud so he must be suspended according to sub-clause (a) of Rule 12 of the Sales Tax Rule 2006 issued vide SRO 555(I)/2006 (as amended vide SRO 494(I)/2015.

Therefore Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax Office declared suspension order against M/s Xinghua Equipment & Construction (PVT) Ltd after exercising their powers from the date of registration till further Orders.
