FBR Members’ powers amended

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue’s Board–in-Council has amended the powers of FBR Members by changing their job descriptions.

The Board-in-Council, exercising the powers conferred upon it by Section 8 of the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 read with Rule 3(1) of FBR Rules, 2007, re-designated the Member (Enforcement and Withholding Taxes) as Member Research, Analysis and Reforms in its meetings held on June 25 and June 30.
