KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue could not achieve revenue target in first six months of the fiscal year and faced shortfall of Rs 86 billion.
According to the FBR, Rs 1160 billion revenue was collected from July to December which is 13 percent more than the previous year. The FBR had set target of 1246 billion for the first six months of the fiscal year.
