FBR Multan facing trouble for compiling taxes due to fault in CAP-2 Software

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office Multan, is facing some trouble for compiling the collected taxes due to some fault in the CAP-2 Software.

The Regional Tax Office Multan is using the CAP-2 Software for the compilation of its tax collection during the month of October. The taxpayers had to deposit their tax amounts into The National Bank.

The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office Multan, took the details of collected taxes from the banks through their operational software. The applied Software CAP-2 is not working properly due to unknown reasons and the Regional Tax Office Multan has been facing issues for the last few days in the calculation of taxes.

The said software assists the Regional Tax Office Multan in compiling its net tax collection of the month and, due to issues in software, Regional Tax Office is facing some problem in calculation of its collected taxes.

Moreover, Regional Tax Office Multan IT experts are working to resolve the issues found in the CAP-2 Software which will hopefully be resolved very soon.
