FBR orders to auction properties of M/s Fore Well Cosmetics on Nov 20

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has ordered to auction properties of Fore Well Cosmetics on November 20 for failing to pay over Rs 300 milion evaded amount under the head of different duties and taxes.

As per details the M/s Fore well Cosmetics have to pay Rs 300 million which the directors of the company were fail to deposit to the Board.  The FBR sources said that despite the fact that a number of notices were sent to inform the company however, they paid no heed to it and are still to pay their tax liability.

The sources said that the FBR Regional Tax Office in order to recover the taxes due to the company has ordered to auction the property of the directors of the company.

It was said that the Board Regional Tax Office had seized properties of the companies directors including Zaka ud Din Sheikh, Wamak Zakaa, Zunbir Ahmed, Khalida Perveen and others.  The  properties would be auctioned on November 30, 2017, the source disclosed.
