FBR postpones Departmental Selection Board meeting

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has postponed its scheduled Departmental Selection Board meeting till next month. During the meeting, promotion cases of Inland Revenue Department would be considered.

Sources told Customs Today that officials were of the view that they will get “good news” during this month but due to post-budget engagements of Chairman FBR Tariq Bajwa the meeting will be held next month. Officials of grade 18 will be promoted to grade 19. Their performance will also be evaluated while keeping in view of their seniority also.
