ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has re-instated Senior Auditor Yakhia Khan after his release from NAB custody.
A notification issued by FBR read “consequent upon acquittal by Accountability Court No. 1 Peshawar dropping all charges against him and release him from custody by NAB. Yakhia Khan, Senior Auditor (BS-16) Regional Tax Office, Peshawar who was placed under suspension vide Board Notification No 0775/IR-III/2018 is re-instated into service w.e.f. date of order of Accountability Court No. 1 Peshawar i.e. 11.3.2020.
