FBR reshuffles 11 PCS officers of BS-19-20 to different stations

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Friday announced the transfers and postings of high-profile officers of the Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) with immediate effect.

The moves are aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening leadership across key customs departments nationwide.

According to the official notification, the following PCS officers (BS-19 and BS-20) have been transferred and posted until further orders:

List of transferred officers is as under:

1. Irfan Javed (BS-20) – Transferred as Transfer and Posting Chief (International Customs), FBR HQ, Islamabad from Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi.

2. Muhammad Saeed Watto (BS-20) – Assigned additional charge of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi, alongside his role as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi.

3. Moin-Ud-Din Ahmad Wani (BS-20) – Posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (East), Karachi from Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi.

4. Asdaq Afzal Sensera (BS-20) – Posted as Director, Directorate of Post Clearance & Internal Audit (North), Islamabad, also holding additional charge as Director, Directorate General of Law & Prosecution, Islamabad; transferred from Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Appeals), Karachi.

5. Omar Shafique (BS-20) – Posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi from Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (East), Lahore.

6. Muhammad Raza (BS-20) – Assigned additional charge of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Appeals), Karachi, in addition to his duties as Director, Directorate General of Transit Trade, Karachi.

7. Ahmad Affan (BS-19) – Posted as Collector (OPS), Collectorate of Customs Airports, Islamabad from Chief (OPS) (International Customs), FBR HQ, Islamabad.

8. Salman Afzal (BS-19) – Posted as Collector (OPS), Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (East), Lahore, also holding additional charge as Collector (OPS), Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (West), Lahore; transferred from Collector (OPS), Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Custom House, Karachi.

9. Afnan Khan (BS-19) – Posted as Collector (OPS), Collectorate of Customs (Exports), Karachi, also assigned look-after charge of Collector (OPS), Collector HQs-Exports & IOCO, Karachi; transferred from Secretary, FBR HQ, Islamabad.

10. Wajid Zaman (BS-19) – Assigned additional charge as Additional Director, Directorate General of Communication & Public Relations-Customs, Islamabad, alongside his duties as Additional Director, Cross Border Currency Movement (CBCM), Directorate General of Intelligence & Risk Management-Customs, Islamabad.

11. Amanullah (BS-19) – Posted as Additional Director, Headquarters & Targeting, Directorate General of Intelligence & Risk Management, Islamabad, from Additional Collector, Office of Chief Collector of Customs Appraisement (North), Peshawar.

The FBR notification stated that officers already drawing performance allowances will continue to receive them at their new postings. Officers are requested to submit Relinquishment/Assumption of charge to FBR immediately for record-keeping and further action.
