LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has restored the performance allowance of 493 Customs officers.
Sources told Customs Today that the FBR had suspended 100 percent performance allowance of the officers who had failed to submit details of their assets.
Now the FBR has restored the performance allowance of the officers who have submitted the details of their assets.
According to the board, all the Customs officers of BS 16 countrywide have submitted the details of their assets to the board, hence, performance allowances of the officers have been restored with immediate effects.
The FBR has made it compulsory for the employees to submit the details of their assets annually.
