FBR restores performance allowance of two officers

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue has restored the performance allowance (equivalent to 100pc of basic pay) of two officers (BS-18 and BS-17).

As per the notification issued by the FBR, the department has reinstated the performance allowance of Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) Karachi Deputy Commissioner Basit Saleem Shah with effect from February 2, 2015.

Similarly, the FBR has restored the performance allowance of Directorate of Customs Valuation Lahore Assistant Director Beenish Iftikhar with effect from January 20, 2015.

The FBR has issued the notification in this regard to the FBR Secretary Revenue Division, Admin/IR member, Karachi LTU chief commissioner, FBR secretary (PR), FBR second secretary (SSM)/ERM/Automation, AGPR Sub Office Karachi and officers concerned.
