LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue sealed a house in Hurbensepura for income tax evasion.
According to details, the Federal Board of Revenue sealed house number 20 Tariq Block Canal Bank Housing Scheme at Herbansepura Lahore owned by Muhammad Arif for income tax evasion. Muhammad Arif is defaulter of Rs 13.493 million income tax.
FBR sealed building under rule 58 of income tax 2002 section 138(2)of income tax ordinance 2001.
Department warned owner that he is not authorized to lease and sale of the building because it is owned by Federal board of revenue in tax evasion. Federal Board of Revenue will announce auction of building soon.
