FBR seals sales record of fashion designer Kamiar Rokni

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue has confiscated the sales and production record of a famous fashion designer Kamiar Rokni.

Sources told Customs Today that during a at fashion designer’s office located in Gulberg, FBR sealed all of their records. Sources said that raiding party of FBR has confiscated the company’s sales and production record. Federal Board of Revenue has also started investigation after confiscation of the record and statements.

Sources told that famous fashion designer was functioning without sales tax registration even it was earning millions or rupees. Kamiar Rokni failed to pay even a single penny to the national kitty even earning in millions.

Sources informed that Federal Board of Revenue had sent many notices to fashion designer but they didn’t take any attention and not even registered their brand. Now the FBR has sealed their record and investigations are underway.

On other hand Kamiar Rokni has said that they didn’t receive any notice from FBR regarding registration.
