FBR seeks proposals for amendments in delegation of administrative powers

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all members, director-generals, chief commissioners Inland Revenue, all chief collectors of Pakistan Customs to submit their proposals regard delegation of powers by September 1, 2020.

A circular issued by Chief (Management) Ejaz Ahmad Stated that “I am directed to refer to the subject and to say that that revision of Delegation of Administrative Powers Notification No. 1 (29)2011-MIR (Pt) dated 29.10.2919 is under active consideration.
