ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all members, director-generals, chief commissioners Inland Revenue, all chief collectors of Pakistan Customs to submit their proposals regard delegation of powers by September 1, 2020.
A circular issued by Chief (Management) Ejaz Ahmad Stated that “I am directed to refer to the subject and to say that that revision of Delegation of Administrative Powers Notification No. 1 (29)2011-MIR (Pt) dated 29.10.2919 is under active consideration.
Therefore, I am further directed to request that the proposals on the subject may please be furnished to this office by September 1, 2020 positively. In case of no response till stipulated time, it will be presumed that no change is proposed,
