FBR serves notices on 150 potential taxpayers in Lahore

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue Broadening Tax Base Unit Lahore has issued almost 150 notices to potential taxpayers.

Sources said that authorities has instructed the inspectors to make it sure that notices are being served to all non-filers. They added that non-filers were being searched with the coordination of other sub-department of FBR to bring them under tax net.

Sources also informed the taxpayers’ properties and moveable assets would be attached to recover the tax payments if they fail to deposit their due taxes.
