FBR sets 15-day leave for officials

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has expressed concern over a large number applications from the officials who want to go for pilgrimages. the FBR has set a 15-day leave limit and that there will be no extension in the leave beyond it.

Uzma Munir, MIR II, FBR Management Secretary has sent Notice no 1-(93)2015 to all the Field Formations and Director Generals in this regard. As per notice, it is mentioned that all the officials who went on pilgrimages and send application for increase in leaves, now this situation will not be entertain and all the officials who went abroad will not be entitled for relaxation except in exceptional cases.

Furthermore FBR will decide the situations in which the leaves of officials will be increased. If anyone find in violating the rule a departmental action would be taken against him.
