ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue’s Appellate Authority has set aside the minor penalty imposed on Muhammad Arshad, Inspector (BS-16), Model Customs Collectorate, Islamabad.
The Inspector had filed a departmental appeal against the minor penalty of “stoppage of one annual increment” imposed on him vide Board’s Notification No.1176-C-III/2015 dated 03.06.2015. After going through the case record, the Member (Admn), FBR in his capacity as Appellate Authority has accepted his appeal and set aside the minor penalty imposed on him by the authorized officer.
