FBR staff asked to appear in NTS

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) instructed, all the staff recruited under the scheme of assistance quota against the service of the staff who breath their last while serving the department for their off-springs, to appear in National Test Service to continue their services, sources told Customs Today.

The staff of lower grade who are asked to appear in NTS included from 2005 to onward, it is reported. The news created panic among the staff as they are of the view that the jobs were given to them on purely humanitarian basis with the view to accommodate families of the deceased staff during the job.
