ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Friday set-aside penalty imposed on four officials of Collectorate of Customs Quetta with future warning.
According to the details, the FBR Member Admin acted as appellate authority and accepted the appeal filed by these customs officials of BS-16 including Muhammad Arif Dostani, Muhammad Arif, Ghulam Hussain Khoso, Saleem Akhtar, and set aside the minor penalty imposed on the officials.
The chief management on June 19, 2017 imposed penalty on those four officials of ‘withholding of four increments without cumulative effect.’
