KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue has decided to blacklist 18 companies. Talking to Customs Today Additional Commissioner Regional Tax Office Rao Salman has said that 16 firms are located in Karachi while two companies are in Hyderabad.
Those companies who are in Karachi includes Mani Chemical, Nafeesa Textile, Owais and Sons, Maneka Chemicals, Demo Dieting, and others. While Salman Qureshi and Company and Nice Chemicals are situated in Hyderabad.
Sources said that these companies were operating using forged names while rest of the companies did not submitted their tax returns from quite a marginable time. FBR sources said that all these companies will be blacklisted soon after Eidul Fitr holidays.
