KARACHI: With the aim to further improve the scanning process of consignments at ports, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to recruit scanning image readers for the Directorate General, Transit Trade and Model Customs Collectors.
The professionals of Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL) would likely to operate as Scanning Image Readers at ports for scanning of consignments. Sources in FBR said that in order to ensure proper scanning of consignments and to enhance the deterrence of the scanning system, Board is analysing the possibility and feasibility of recruiting scanning image readers.
