FBR to launch ‘grievance redressal software’ by the end of FY2016-17

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue announced that the ‘grievance redressal software’ will be operative by the end of the current financial year and the existing irritants in the IT system to be removed within four weeks.

According to details, the Federal Board of Revenue has planned to launch an automated feedback mechanism incorporated in the existing architecture of the IT system by the member IT Dr. Muhammad Iqbal to reduce the cost of compliance while the responsibilities regarding the removal of the irritants in the IT system has been given to Member Inland Revenue Policy and Operation Rehmat Ullah Khan Wazir and Member IT Dr. Muhammad Iqbal.
