FBR to move court against Wapda for non-payment of Rs 1.5b taxes

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue is going to move the court against has Pakistan WAPDA Foundation for not paying Rs 1.5 billion taxes.

The FBR’s Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation-Inland Revenue is filing case against Wapda for non-payment of sales tax and income tax despite carrying out multiple business activities.
