FBR to shift Internal Audit offices at Customs House Building

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has planned to shift the offices of the Directorate General of Internal Audit-Customs at the 11th Floor of the Custom House Building, Karachi.

The sources informed Customs Today that the authorities concerned of MCC-Preventive has made all arrangements in order to shift the offices of the Directorate General of Internal Audit-Customs at the 11th floor and shifting of the offices may be completed in the current week.

It may be mentioned here that the offices of the Directorate General of Internal Audit-Customs are divided into two, as the office of the Director General of Internal Audit-Customs is located at the 4th floor of Custom House Building while remaining offices of the additional directors and other subordinate staff are located in Sales Tax Building situated at University Road. The sources said that the shifting of all the offices of the Directorate of Internal General of Internal Audit-Customs will certainly improve the working of the directorate.
