PESHAWAR: The Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) has decided to take action against those who use political pressure for their transfers and deputations against rules and regulations.
Sources said that it has been clearly mentioned in the service book of the FBR that using political pressure and illegal means for transfer and posting is illegal work and punishable under relevant clause. After the start of new financial year, the officers has started various means for deputations and transfers through political tactics.
To thwart this attempt the FBR has appointed honest and dedicated persons on high position to control such attempts of illegal means. The FBR has decided to take action against those employees who are using political pressure for their transfer and deputation.
This step has been taken to further improved the efficiency of the department and bring honest persons to the top position to make the right decision at right time.
