KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has directed all its officials and staff members to submit their educational credentials by the end of the current month.
Sources told Customs Today that until now only 272 officials had submitted their educational credentials for verifications.
It is pertinent to mention here that the FBR issued a notification to all RTOs and officials of BS-17 and above, asking them to submit all their educational credentials from matriculation to masters to the administration branch of their respective department. The process of verification will start from September.
Sources revealed that a majority of officials and staff had still not deposited their educational credentials, while the last date for submission is approaching fast.
