FBR transfers 25 PCS officers of BS-18-20 to different stations

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification for transfers and postings of following officers of Pakistan Customs Service with immediate effect and until further orders:

  1. Mohammad Mohsin Rafiq, BS-20, Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore is transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement SAPT, Karachi.
  2. Amjad-ur-Rehman, BS-20, Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Peshawar is transferred and posted as Chief, Federal Board of Revenue, HQ, Islamabad.
  3. Ms. Ambreen Ahmad Tarar BS-20, Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Lahore is transferred and posted as Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, East, Lahore.
  4. Shafqat Ali Khan Niazi, BS-20, Chief, Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad is transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, FBR, Peshawar.
  5. Munib Sarwar, BS-20, awaiting posting (stationed at Lahore) is transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, West, Lahore.
  6. Muhammad Ismail, BS-20, Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Quetta is transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Sargodha.
  7. Muhammad Ashfaq BS-20, Director, Staff, Chairman Secretariat Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad is transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Peshawar.
  8. Ms. Neelofar Shahzad, BS-20, Chief, FBR, Hq, Islamabad is transferred and posted Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement, North, Islamabad.
  9. Naveed Illahi, BS-20, Chief, FBR, Hq, Islamabad is transferred and posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad.
  10. Dr. Nasir Khan, BS-19, Chief, OPS, Admin Pool, FBR Hq, Islamabad is transferred and posted as Chief OPS, International Customs, FBR, Hq, Islamabad.
  11. Syed Ali Abbas Gardezi, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore is transferred and posted as Collector, OPS, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore.
  12. Taimoor Kamal Malik, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Islamabad (stationed at Peshawar) with look after charge of additional director, Directorate of Law and Prosecution, Peshawar is transferred and posted as Additional Director, Directorate of IPR Enforcement North Islamabad. The officer will continue to hold look after charge of the post of additional director, Directorate of Law and Prosecution, Peshawar in addition to his own duties.
  13. Syed Imran Sajjad Bokhari, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, East, Customs House Karachi is transferred and posted as Collector OPS, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi.
  14. Naveed Iqbal, BS-19, Director OPS, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, FBR, Peshawar is transferred and posted as Collector, OPS, Collectorate of Customs Appeals, Karachi.
  15. S.M. Ali Zaman Gardezi, BS-19, Additioal Collector, Collectorate of Customs PMBQ, Karachi is transferred and posted as Director, OPS, Directorate General of Risk Management. The officer will assume his charge after completion of his SMC.
  16. Ms. Mehreen Naseem, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Lahore is transferred and posted as Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.
  17. Muhammad Ahsan Khan, BS-19, Additional Director, Directorate of Input Output Coefficient Organization South, Karachi is transferred and posted as Collector, OPS, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Quetta.
  18. Mohammad Talib Hussain, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication, Faisalabad is transferred and posted as Additional Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Lahore.
  19. Ms. Saima Ayyaz, BS-19, Additional Director, Directorate of Transit Trade, Lahore is transferred and posted as Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, East, Lahore
  20. Ali Zeb Khan, BS-19, Additional Collector, Chief Collector of Customs Appraisement, Central Customs House Lahore is transferred and posted as Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, West, Lahore.
  21. Ms. Asma Bashir, BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Lahore is transferred and posted as Additional Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit Central Lahore.
  22. Falik Shair BS-19, Additional Collector, Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Lahore is transferred and posted as Additional Collector, Office of the Chief Collector of Customs Appraisement Punjab, Customs House, Lahore.
  23. Ms. Saima Zaib Butt, Deputy Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit South, Karachi is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit Central Lahore.
  24.  Tanveer Ahmad Bs-18, Deputy Collector of Customs Enforcement, Multan is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit South Karachi.
  25. Muhammad Ahmad Zaheer, BS-18, Deputy Director Directorate of Post Clearance Audit Central Lahore is transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Pakistan Customs Academy (PCA) Lahore.

The officers posted on OPS will exercise powers of the higher post under section 5 (2) of the Customs Act, 1969.

The officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.

All above listed officers are requested to relinquish/assume charge, using online HRMS facility made available to FBR or by using their IJP logins.
