KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued a notification of the transfer and posting of 38 officials in Inland Revenue Services (IRS) of BS 16-19 with immediate effect.
The following transfer and posting of 38 officials in some nine cities including Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sukkur.
According to the notification, Dr. Hamid Ateeq Sarwar (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) transferred and posted as Secretary, (IR Operations, IRWing) Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad on repatriation from CSA, Lahore.
Muhammad Farrukh Majid (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) transferred and posted as Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad from Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Lahore.

The FBR notification said that the officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.
It further directed that all above listed officers should relinquish and assume charge, using online HRMS facility made available to FBR or by using their IJP logins.
