FBR transfers jurisdiction of cases to LTU-II Karachi

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has transferred the jurisdiction of 190 cases from Chief Commissioner-IR (RTO I, II, II) to Chief Commissioner-IR LTU-II, Karachi.

The Board transferred the jurisdictions exercising the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 209 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, sub-section (1) of section 30 and section 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005.
