FBR to hold Urdu computer courses for employees

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will hold Urdu language computer courses for superintendents, assistant incharge and other clerical staff. This training course will be held in Secretariat Training Institute.

Sources informed Customs Today that the main purpose to hold such courses is to promote national language, while these courses will enhance basic skills of the employees and they will be able to use their national language in official matters.

Among courses which will be offered to staff includes “introduction of Urdu in office and its importance”, “Urdu column writing” “Urdu filing”. List of employees who will attend the training course wil be finalized during the last week of current month.
