ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue’s online complaint management system has been made operational.
FBR Chairman Dr Muhammad Irshad had inaugurated the new management cell 15 days ago for resolving the issues faced by taxpayers in all heads of direct and indirect taxes.
As per online complaint management system a taxpayer is required to provide CNIC, Passport, NTN or STRN number for lodging his complain. As per FBR the dedicated staff will respond to a filed complain within three days.
