LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax Office (RTO) Lahore has re-constituted two committees vis-à-vis the promotion and selection of the employees from BS 1 to BS 15.
The Inland Revenues authorities of RTO have issued a notification bearing the names of the members of the committees to select the employees for the promotions. The RTO issued the notification in the pursuance of FBR Islamabad letter C. No 8 (13) 94-ACE-II-CM-V dated December 23, 2008 and suppression of all previous orders.
According to the notification, there has been re-constituted Departmental Promotion Committee/ Departmental Selection Committee for BS 1-10. RTO Inland Revenue Additional Commissioner Jamshed Fakhri Dahir has been selected as chairman of the committee, while Deputy Commissioner Azmat Hayat Ranjha and Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali have been selected as member of the committee.
On the other hand, another Departmental Promotion Committee/ Departmental Selection Committee has been constituted to decide the promotions of the employees from BS 11-15. RTO Lahore Commissioner Inland Revenue Mehmood Aslam will head the committee. Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Imtiaz Ahmad and Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue, LTU Asim Haleem will perform their duties as member of the committee.
