FCCI services to be further improved on modern line: president

FAISALABAD: Quality of services offered by Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) will be further improved on modern, scientific and professional lines, said FCCI president Shabbir Hussain Chawla.

Addressing an introductory sitting with FCCI staff after taking over the charge of President, he said that FCCI was actually a corporate body to provide best quality services to its members in addition to facilitating them.He said that it was encouraging that FCCI was ISO certified organization, however, now its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be updated to make it more effective within a clear time limit.  He also urged upon the staff to discharge their duty diligently.  He asked the Secretary General to prepare a comprehensive roadmap to facilitate the FCCI members. He also asked the staff to contact him in case of their any individual or collective problem.  Secretary General Abid Masood and Vice president Rana Fiaz Ahmed also spoke on the occasion.
