IHC adjourns hearing of M/s CMPak’s case against IR Tribunal

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing of a case carrying complaint against the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

The tax matter filed by M/S CMPak Limited was heard by a division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.
