ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing of a case carrying complaint against the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
The tax matter filed by M/S CMPak Limited was heard by a division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.
The bench adjourned the hearing until next week of May. The appellant had challenged a decision of the ATIR pertaining to charging of the federal excise duty by the Large Taxpayers Unit Islamabad.
