Federal Service Tribunal to hear cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear a plenty of cases against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday. The cases are filed by the FBR employees.

Two benches of the FST would hear the cases. One bench comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Nazir Saeed would hear eight cases in all while the other bench comprising Syed Rafique Hussain Shah, Nazir Saeed and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear around 30 cases on Tuesday.

Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Nazir Saeed would hear the cases carrying ‘implementation’ matter and these cases are filed by Sardar Ghayas, Muhammad Amir Farooq and Muhammad Amir Farooq. The bench would also hear cases of Muhammad Ishtiaq, Ghulam Ali Sahito and Syed Muhammad Rafi who had asked the tribunal to decide regarding their ‘interim relief’. The bench would also hear couple of promotion cases filed by Ghulam Akbar Chandio and Lutfur Rehman.

Syed Rafique Hussain Shah, Nazir Saeed and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi would hear around 30 promotion cases filed by Faqir Muhammad, Sirajulabdin, Muhammad Khalid, Riaz Ahmed, Khalid Akhtar Abbasi and others.
