Federal Service Tribunal to hear eight cases of FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) to hear eight cases on Monday (today) filed by employees of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Most cases which were filed by FBR staffers carried complaints about their delaying promotion, restoration and release of allowances and implementation.

FST Division Bench comprising of Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid, would hear review petitions filed by Naureen Ahmed Tarar and Ambreen Ahmed Tarar, pleas for restoration of special allowance filed by Muhammad Akbar and Farman Ullah  and a petition seeking promotion filed by Asif Jamal.

Another bench of the FST comprising of Members Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hold hearing of Muhammad Ilyas’s petition seeking implementation on tribunal’s order, Naila Nazir’s petition which contain matter seeking promotion and Aleem Uddin’s antedation promotion plea.
