ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Federal Service Tribunal will hear two cases on Friday (today) filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
FST Division Bench comprising of Dr Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear the cases filed by Muhammad Shoukat and Muhammad Zulifqar.
The appellant, Muhammad Shoukat had filed a review petition pertaining to FST previous order and had sought implementation on his promotion directions.
Muhammad Zulifqar ha filed case seeking correction of judgment. The appellant had sought correction of decision which was given by FST recently about his seniority at department.
