ISLAMABAD: After ending the winter vacation, the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) would resume hearing of cases by January 2, 2016.
All the benches of the tribunal had stopped working as it had announced winter vacations from December 24, 2015 to January 01, 2016.
However, the tribunal’s administration was attending the office regularly and over a dozen new petitions, related to services matters of different institutions, had been filed with tribunal registry office. The tribunal had only announced closure of court proceedings amid winter vacation.
