FIA apprehends two human smugglers

LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Anti Human Trafficking Cell (AHTC) here Tuesday arrested two human smugglers and recovered one million rupees, fake visa and other documents from their possession.

FIA officials briefed that a special team of AHTC conducted a raid and arrested accused Mirza Amjad Baig resident of Lahore who extorted Rs one million from innocent citizens for sending them to Russia and Malaysia. The team also arrested accused Muhammad Shahzad resident of Gujrat on giving bogus visa of South Africa.
