SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested as many as 11 human traffickers from Gujranwala Division’s Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahaud Din, Hafizabad and Gujrat districts, during ongoing vigorous crackdown against them.
Deputy Director FIA Gujranwala region, Ch. Khalid Anees, said that arrested accused had been running their illegal business of sending innocent people abroad, especially to European and Middle East and Gulf States by getting big amounts from them.
The FIA has also recovered the dozens of the passports, fake business and student visas of different countries, fake official documents of different embassies, fake stamps, embossing machines and fake medical certificates from their possession. FIA has sent the accused behind the bars, after registering separate cases against.
