LAHORE: FIA immigration officials arrested eight passengers trying to travel abroad on fake travel documents.
According to an FIA official, the accused passengers were identified as Ihsan Ali, Walayat Hussain, Muhammad Arshad, Zafar Iqbal, Maqbool Hussain, Mazhar Hussain, Ehsan Ali and Zahid Iqbal. The FIA official said they had been handed over to the FIA Anti-Human Trafficking. FIA officials also arrested an accused passenger named Syed Ayaz Mahmood of Chiniot. The accused had landed at Lahore airport on an emergency passport.
