LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is active against smugglers, especially involved in human smuggling from Pakistan to other countries.
The FIA has arrested a person From Allama Iqbal International Airport who was allegedly involved in trafficking of young girls to Gulf countries. The Agency on intelligence information raided at Lahore Airport and arrested accused Asif Ali. He was sending eight young girls to Dubai in the name of job. The FIA has registered a case against Asif Ali.
According to Director FIA Usman Anwar, “The human traffickers are damaging the image of Pakistan by sending girls to other countries for job but are used for prostitution and other unethical activities. FIA is willing to take strict action against those who are damaging the image of an Islamic country” he said.
